The demand of passports has become so rampant because traveling has become so common with many in the society. There are those who travel for fun and there are also those who travel for the purpose of buying products for sale in the outside countries. For whatever reason one intends to travel, it is important for the traveler to own a passport that will enable him or her to avoid the unnecessary risk of facing the wrath of the law. There are countries the where identity and passport service organization do not tolerate any foreigners in the country for owning an invalid passport because this may create some curiosity with the passport holder as being a threat to the country. And as is always the case, no government will allow or tolerate anybody that would be a threat to the economy. But such instances can be avoided if one chooses to stay on the safer side of the law because the penalties may not be any interesting especially if they happen to cause someone some years of imprisonment in a foreign country. |

My sister recently passed her nursing board examination. She worked extremely hard to acquire this success and she believes that it’s time she treat herself with a relaxing vacation. She called me up this morning and asked me if I can accompany her in her trip to Durham. According to her, a few friends of hers went there last summer and they were all saying flattering remarks about Durham’s wonderful sceneries, rich culture and lovable people. When she told me about these things, I was immediately convinced to go along with her on this journey. After all, I also think that I need a break from my overly demanding job. I am working almost seven days a week and obliged to render overtime because of the company’s expansion. When I told my sister that I will go with her, she really expressed joy and it touched me a lot. She told me that she’ll research on where to find passport durham office right away. She promised to call me up again when she’s done doing the research. |

When my dad suggested we take the family motorhome on a Christmas vacation trip, we didn't have any inkling as to the adventure that would be coming our way. Our motorhome is not one of the fancy newer models with outswinging panels and ample room for cargo and passengers. Our motorhome looks like it belongs at a vintage car show. The rusted outside paints a vivid picture of what to expect inside antiquated features and ragged carpet. We piled in the Wednesday before Christmas, planning to take a sightseeing tour across the Rocky Mountains, visit my grandparents in North Texas and head home. The idea was sound, but other factors, namely the motorhome's engine, had other plans. After breaking down somewhere between a rock and a hard place and spending four hours waiting in the stuffy interior for help to arrive, our family came to a mutual decision: "Let's go home." We may have never appreciated a relaxing Christmas in our own home more than that year. |
